Renzo Sound will repair or replace any product due to a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of our business. Parts and labor are always free. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Renzo Sound. Please contact us to authorize a return.

Our warranty does not apply to normal wear of the enclosure or graphics, knobs, hardware or any products that are deliberately destroyed or modified by anyone other than Renzo Sound. Please contact us for repair or replacement estimates related to customer damage, error, or modification. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Renzo Sound.
